About Deloitte's Business Tax

Your Impact as Business Tax Associate

As a Business Tax Associate, you'll work as part of a high-performing team, using your analytical skills and innovative thinking to solve complex tax issues. You'll collaborate with colleagues, leverage technology, and gain exposure to a wide variety of clients - both public and private companies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with strategic tax planning, including researching tax law and drafting technical memos and opinions.
Support audit defence, including preparing responses and drafting issue responses and formal appeals.
Prepare business and individual income tax returns and forms.
Prepare tax computations and tax returns, and assist with dispute resolution for a mixed portfolio of corporate and individual clients.

What We're Looking For / Requirements

At least one year of corporate tax experience, preferably with an international accounting firm.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion to deliver quality work.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
