Job Description

Conduct a comprehensive review of organisational structures, workforce capabilities, and reporting frameworks
Partner with senior leadership to assess talent effectiveness and identify succession opportunities
Drive workforce planning initiatives that support business growth and market expansion
Lead recruitment efforts for key management and leadership positions across the organisation
Develop and implement performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programmes
Establish scalable HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks to support a growing business
Provide strategic HR leadership across regional operations and support future market expansion initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
10+ years of HR leadership experience with exposure to business partnering in regional capacity
Proven track record in transformation, restructuring, organisational design, or change management initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to challenge and advise senior executives
Demonstrated ability to build HR frameworks, policies, and people processes within a growing organisation
Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and evolving business environment
