We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell IT products, POS software and related technology solutions to businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, conducting product demonstrations, following up with customers and closing sales.

This position offers a basic monthly salary plus sales commission, providing good earning potential for candidates who are motivated by sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell POS software, IT products and related technology solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
Conduct cold calling, WhatsApp, email and other forms of customer outreach.
Visit potential customers and understand their business and technology requirements.
Arrange and conduct POS software/product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate sales records.
Work closely with the technical team to understand customer requirements and support the sales process.
Assist with basic marketing activities, promotions and social media lead generation.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, marketing, IT products, POS systems or software sales is preferred.
Candidates with strong sales experience from other industries may also be considered.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in approaching customers and conducting product presentations.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
Willing to make cold calls and conduct customer visits.
Basic understanding of IT products, software or POS systems is an advantage.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.
Good spoken and written English.
