We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Receptionist / Printing Support personnel to provide printing support to school staff and assist with reception duties at the General Office.

Job Description:

Support basic administrative duties such as printing and using high-speed multifunction printers for bulk photocopying.

Greet and welcome visitors.

Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.

Attend to enquiries in person or via phone calls and provide basic and relevant information.

Handle mail and deliveries.

Attend to students who are sick and those seeking permission to leave school.

Perform any other duties assigned by School Leaders and Administration Managers.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent.

Proficient in general administration

At least 1 year of experience using high-speed multifunction printers (MFP) to support bulk printing operations.

At least 1 year of experience manning reception counter operations in schools.

Others:

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (7AM - 4PM), inclusive 30mins lunch

Contract Period: 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027
