What You'll Do

The Commercial Training Executive supports the development and execution of capability-building initiatives for the Singapore Commercial team. The role focuses on translating business needs into practical learning solutions through classroom and digital learning, field reinforcement and effective programme management — helping our Commercial teams build the skills and knowledge needed to perform effectively in their roles.

1. Capability Development & Training

Support the execution of the Singapore Commercial Capability roadmap and learning priorities.
Coordinate and facilitate training programmes, onboarding, refreshers and capability interventions.
Support the development of structured learning pathways based on role and capability needs.
Partner with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate interventions.

2. Learning Content & Digital Modules

Develop and maintain practical learning materials, including facilitator guides, job aids, playbooks and digital learning modules.
Translate commercial strategies, processes and initiatives into simple, engaging and frontline-friendly learning content.
Create digital learning using formats such as microlearning, videos, scenarios, quizzes and interactive modules.
Work with subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant and up to date.
Collaborate with Commercial leaders on GT/MT/VENDING transformation activities

3. Field Learning & Reinforcement

Conduct field visits to understand frontline capability needs and execution challenges.
Support On-the-Job Training (OJT), coaching and post-training reinforcement.
Gather frontline feedback and translate insights into improvements to learning programmes.
Partner with Sales Leaders to strengthen the application of learning in the field.

4. Programme Management & Coordination

Manage training calendars, participant nominations, attendance, records and programme logistics.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external trainers and vendors to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Support capability-related budgets, purchase orders and administrative requirements.
Maintain capability documentation and ensure programmes are delivered according to plan.

5. Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Track training participation, completion, learner feedback and effectiveness.
Maintain capability dashboards and provide regular programme updates.
Support capability assessments and identification of development needs.
Continuously improve learning approaches based on feedback, field observations and business needs.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Learning & Development or related discipline.
Preferably 2–4 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, FMCG, Training or Learning & Development.
Experience or interest in facilitation, digital learning and content development is preferred.
Comfortable engaging and learning with teams in the field.
Stakeholder management and collaboration.
Strong planning and project coordination.
Ability to simplify complex information for frontline application.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
