Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Area Manager to drive growth across key hotel chain accounts, strengthen partner relationships, and lead a high-performing team. This role is responsible for executing regional sales strategies, delivering business performance, and ensuring strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Execute chain strategies in partnership with the Account Director and Account managers.
Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic account management.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Chains Managers.
Monitor business performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across hotel chain partners.
Conduct business reviews, support key negotiations, and represent the company at industry events.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, best-practice sharing, and successful execution of business plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, sales leadership, business development, or hotel chain management.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing strategic partnerships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to leverage data and market insights to make commercial decisions.
Experience within the hospitality, travel, or hotel industry preferred.
Willingness to travel as needed.
