Strategist / Client Development - Creative

We are excited to partner with an innovative digital craft studio in Singapore as they search for a high-performing Strategist / Client Development to grow their presence across the region.

Our client is a premier, full-service creative partner delivering end-to-end visual experiences for established brands across Asia.

From initial concept art and scriptwriting to high-end animation, photorealistic VFX, and interactive content, they bring bold creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy

Formulate and execute sales strategies to expand the footprint in creative animation and interactive content across local and regional markets.
Identify and engage prospective clients through market research, business directories, client referrals, direct outreach, and field networking.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas and emerging opportunities.

Client Relationship & Account Management

Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
Manage and service short-term and long-term client accounts, identifying up-selling opportunities aligned with client needs.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and goals, translating these insights into clear, actionable briefs for internal production teams.

Pitching, Proposals & Closing

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the studio's capabilities and offer tailored solutions.
Work alongside creative and production teams to develop proposals, ensuring client objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate price quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.

Leadership & Operations

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team by setting clear targets, providing ongoing coaching, and driving pipeline growth.
Monitor key pipeline metrics and sales performance, conducting regular team reviews to ensure forecasts and targets are met.
Oversee sales contracts, invoicing, client record maintenance, and administrative approvals to ensure smooth operational flow.

Who You Are:

Solid experience in an agency, advertising studio, or creative media environment.
Experience driving business or managing accounts within animation, motion graphics, or interactive content.
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team (required for manager-level consideration).
Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Familiarity with price quotation, contract negotiation, pipeline tracking, and account management tools.
