HR Manager – Performance Management & L&D (Stable, Fast-Growing MNC)

Our client is a well-established international organization supporting the global maritime and logistics sector. With a strong international footprint and a highly operational business environment, the company plays an important role in supporting customers across multiple markets.

As the business continues to strengthen its people capabilities, they are looking to appoint an HR Manager who will take the lead in developing and implementing the organization's Performance Management and Learning & Development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive Performance Management framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration and development planning.
Establish clear performance processes, guidelines and tools to ensure consistency across the organization.
Partner closely with senior leaders and managers to strengthen performance standards and embed a high-performance culture.
Develop and implement the organization's Learning & Development framework, aligned with business and workforce requirements.
Conduct training needs analysis and identify capability gaps across different functions and employee groups.
Design and coordinate leadership, managerial and functional development programmes.
Establish structured career development and employee development plans to support internal progression.
Support succession planning and broader talent management initiatives.
Develop relevant KPIs and reporting to measure the effectiveness of performance management and training initiatives.
Work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders on broader organizational development and people initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or a related discipline.
Strong HR experience with particular expertise in Performance Management and Learning & Development.
Demonstrated experience building or redesigning performance management frameworks, rather than solely administering existing processes.
Experience developing training frameworks, learning programmes and capability-building initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on, with strong execution capabilities.
Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
Experience within a regional or multinational organization would be advantageous.
Experience within the marine, maritime, logistics or related industries would be beneficial.
