Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary support contact for Sales and Execution desks, handling day-to-day trade-related queries and operational requirements.
Oversee and validate FX trade bookings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
Coordinate confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and trade breaks, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Support global follow-the-sun coverage, while assisting with new client relationship development and onboarding.

Role requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline,
Minimum 2 years experience inFX trade support, middle office, or operationswithin financial services, with exposure tospot, forwards, swaps, and options.
Highlyorganised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven focus on client service and relationship management.
Proactive problem-solverwith the ability to investigate and resolve complex trade and operational issues efficiently.
