Responsibilities

Design end-to-end full-stack architectures using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS
Drive technical execution of user stories from estimation to implementation and deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business objectives and translate them into technical requirements
Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts to guide development
Coach and guide engineers across the software development lifecycle and support their growth
Integrate AI-native practices into daily delivery and the broader software development lifecycle
Deliver agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
Develop and support backend components, including SQL-based data solutions and Microsoft SQL Server
Leverage Microsoft Azure Functions and Durable Functions to implement cloud-based capabilities

Requirements

Proven full-stack engineering experience of 9+ years with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React
Deep backend development expertise, including SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
Strong skill in architecture definition, solution planning, and technical decision-making
Track record of leading teams while keeping stakeholders aligned through the development process
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions
Working knowledge of AI SDLC practices and how to integrate them into delivery
Understanding of agentic solution implementation using Microsoft tools and patterns

Nice to have

Understanding of the Insurance value chain from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding
Exposure to Excess lines specialty products such as Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products, and Contractors
Experience with Actuarial reserving concepts and workflows
