Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Executive to join our Hygiene Services team. This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, managing contract renewals, following up on sales leads, preparing quotations, and supporting customer retention initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction while contributing to business growth through renewals and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build and sustain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance retention and satisfaction
Manage and coordinate contract renewals by following up on expiring agreements and ensuring timely renewals
Address customer enquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally to maintain service quality
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts
Follow up on sales leads and enquiries through outbound calls and emails to convert prospects into customers
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and renewal offers to support sales processes
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities for reporting and analysis
Collaborate with Operations and Accounts teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve issues efficiently
Process customer orders and update customer records to ensure data accuracy and order fulfillment
Prepare sales and customer account reports to inform management decisions
Support general administrative tasks and perform additional duties as assigned by management
Achieve renewal and sales targets set by the company through proactive customer engagement and follow-up

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in service-based industries to better understand customer needs and service delivery
Ability to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates, enhancing communication and service reach
