RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is for School of Social Sciences (SOSS).
Conducting reviews of academic and grey literature (media reports, white papers, policy documents).
Assist with qualitative data collection, including interviews and observations.
Organize and manage data gathering for the project.
Support qualitative data coding and thematic analysis using established research frameworks.
Contribute to research reports, presentations, manuscripts, and other project deliverables.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in sociology, global studies, or other related disciplines.
Experience in conducting in-depth interviews.
Ability to identify and review academic writing and scholarship.
Knowledge of qualitative data analysis software such as NVivo.
Strong attention to detail in organizing research material and data.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of and experience working in Southeast Asia.
Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia.
