At OOm, we're looking for a hands-on SEO/GEO Strategist who can independently manage client accounts, diagnose performance issues and turn insights into clear priorities.

You'll shape the strategy, work with our content, development and account management teams to implement it, and measure whether it delivers meaningful results.

What You Will Do

Own SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies, roadmaps and KPIs aligned with each client's business objectives.
Analyse technical issues, search intent, content gaps and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Prioritise recommendations based on expected impact, effort and available resources.
Take recommendations through implementation and validation, working closely with internal teams.
Monitor rankings, relevant organic traffic, visibility, leads and conversions identify risks early and adjust underperforming strategies.
Develop and test approaches for AI-powered search, explaining what works and what needs further improvement.
Communicate recommendations clearly and share practical knowledge with the team.

What We Are Looking For

At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, with proven experience independently managing multiple client accounts.
Strong technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation and content strategy capabilities.
Practical experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO auditing tools.
Ability to turn data and audit findings into prioritised, actionable plans.
Examples of campaigns you personally improved, including your decisions, implementation and measurable outcomes.
Working knowledge of GEO and evolving search behaviour, supported by practical testing or application.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and accountability for seeing work through.

Good to Have

Hands-on CMS experience and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Broader understanding of paid media, content and social media.
