Job Description

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing financial controllership activities across multiple entities and investment structures.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee financial reporting, management accounts and statutory compliance across regional entities
Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, including consolidation activities
Coordinate external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit matters
Support fund-related finance activities including capital movements, distributions and investment transactions
Lead treasury and cash management activities, including banking relationships and liquidity planning
Partner with legal, tax, compliance and investment teams on cross-functional initiatives and regulatory matters
Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, systems and reporting capabilities

The Successful Applicant

Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
8+ years of experience within controllership, fund finance, accounting or finance leadership roles
Prior exposure to private equity, infrastructure funds, asset management, investment holding companies or complex multi-entity environments
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
Experience managing external audits, financial controls and regulatory compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, reporting and financial analysis tools
