Job Description
Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing financial controllership activities across multiple entities and investment structures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee financial reporting, management accounts and statutory compliance across regional entities
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, including consolidation activities
- Coordinate external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit matters
- Support fund-related finance activities including capital movements, distributions and investment transactions
- Lead treasury and cash management activities, including banking relationships and liquidity planning
- Partner with legal, tax, compliance and investment teams on cross-functional initiatives and regulatory matters
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, systems and reporting capabilities
The Successful Applicant
- Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience within controllership, fund finance, accounting or finance leadership roles
- Prior exposure to private equity, infrastructure funds, asset management, investment holding companies or complex multi-entity environments
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Experience managing external audits, financial controls and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, reporting and financial analysis tools
