Role Overview:

We are looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer to own Cobo's AI Demand Gen engine end to end - from strategy and execution to measurement and optimisation.

This is an AI-native evolution of a traditional digital marketing role. Rather than owning a single channel, you will build and operate integrated growth campaigns across GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), SEO/SEM, paid media, source channels such as YouTube and LinkedIn, and the product-led growth funnel.

You will work hands-on with Cobo's existing custody, wallet, and payment products, while building the growth playbook that can scale our next generation of AI-powered products.

Role Responsibilities:

Own AI Demand Gen End to End — Act as the single accountable owner for AI Demand Gen, covering quarterly planning, channel strategy, budget allocation, execution, optimisation, and measurable results. This is a full-stack growth role, not a single-channel position.
Own GEO / AI Search Visibility — Make Cobo a trusted and frequently cited source when buyers ask AI engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini about digital asset custody, wallets, and payments. Identify and manage GEO partners, develop the content and authority strategy, and work with the data team to measure AI-referred traffic and conversions.
Drive SEO & SEM — Own technical SEO, content strategy, search visibility, and backlink growth. Plan and manage paid search campaigns with clear attribution, disciplined budget management, and continuous optimisation.
Build Source Channels — Develop YouTube and LinkedIn as strategic channels for both organic discovery and AI-search visibility. Work with content and video freelancers to create, distribute, and optimise content that compounds over time.
Own the PLG Growth Loop — Partner closely with Product to improve the sign-up and activation funnel through conversion analysis, A/B testing, CRO, and user journey optimisation. Turn growth insights into actionable product improvements and establish a regular feedback loop with Product.
Build Attribution & Reporting — Rebuild and improve marketing-sourced pipeline measurement with the data team. Own growth dashboards, lifecycle and nurture flows, attribution, and lead-handoff SLAs to ensure marketing impact is clearly connected to revenue.
Build AI-Native Marketing Operations — Use AI agents and automation to streamline research, content production, campaign operations, analytics, and reporting. Build repeatable AI workflows and playbooks, while orchestrating specialist freelancers and agencies to maximise output and speed.

Role Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 8 years of digital / growth marketing experience, with a proven track record of owning full-funnel campaigns from strategy and execution through to measurable business results.
At least a Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong SEO fundamentals with hands-on GEO / AI-search experience, including familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent tools.
Full-stack growth expertise across paid media, SEO/SEM, email/lifecycle marketing, CRO, analytics, and marketing attribution. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar platforms is preferred.
AI-native mindset - you actively use LLMs and AI agents to build real workflows and automate marketing operations, rather than simply using AI for content generation or prompting.
Strong owner mentality - comfortable setting strategy, making trade-offs, executing hands-on, and being accountable for outcomes. Able to manage and direct specialist freelancers and agencies without relying on a large internal team.
Experience in AI is strongly preferred; Web3 / digital assets is a plus.
