Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the end‑to‑end independent full‑process production of brand social media video content, including creative conception, script/storyboard design, production execution, and final output, all aligned with social media communication logic and platform characteristics.
Coordinate video expression with a director's mindset, plan picture structure, rhythm, emotion, and narrative methods based on content goals, and create memorable, engaging social media content.
Independently complete the entire video production workflow: Creativity → Storyboard → Production (2D/3D / Real‑shot / AI‑generated video) → Output, optimizing content to fit the unique needs of different social media platforms.
Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and other cross‑functional teams to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into high‑quality visual content that meets brand standards.
Explore and hands‑on leverage AI video generation tools in real production pipelines to continuously improve creation efficiency, enhance content expressiveness, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, major in Design, Animation, Film and Television, Digital Media, or related fields is preferred.
Can independently deliver complete video works end‑to‑end, not only pure post‑production editing.
Strong video narrative ability and visual expression skills, with a clear director/creator mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in video production tools: Editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve); Motion Graphics/Animation (After Effects / C4D).
Hands‑on practical production experience for BOTH 2D motion graphics AND 3D animation.Proven hands‑on production experience using AI‑video generation tools in real commercial projects (text‑to‑video, image‑to‑video, AI‑assisted storyboarding, AI‑generated assets; tools such as Kling, Runway, Pika etc).
Good understanding of picture rhythm, shot language, music, and emotional expression; excellent communication skills and execution ability, able to deliver high‑quality work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Possess content planning or script‑writing ability, beyond only executive‑level editing work. Portfolio link MANDATORY in your application; applications without portfolio will NOT be reviewed.
