As a Regulatory (EMC) Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our hardware products meet global compliance standards while enabling efficient product development cycles.

You will:

Drive technical EMC compliance to meet global market, regulatory, and country-specific requirements
Identify and mitigate compliance risks early in the design cycle, reducing late-stage failures
Lead and contribute to EMC debugging, and mitigation strategies
Perform and guide validation and compliance testing throughout the product development lifecycle
Optimize compliance test strategies and costs while supporting aggressive time-to-market goals
Partner with design teams to implement design-for-EMC best practices
Collaborate with labs, cross-functional engineering teams, and external partners to ensure successful certification

About You

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
3-5 years of experience in technical EMC compliance, preferably in a lab or product development environment
Strong understanding of pre- and post-compliance processes, standards, and emerging regulatory requirements
Hands-on experience with EMC testing, debugging, and mitigation techniques
Experience supporting at least two new product introductions (NPI) with focus on EMC design and issue resolution
Ability to manage relationships with external test houses and certification agencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Additional Preferred Abilities

Experience with networking or telecommunications products is highly desirable
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across geographies and cultures
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with global teams and external partners
Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment
