As a Regulatory (EMC) Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our hardware products meet global compliance standards while enabling efficient product development cycles.
You will:
- Drive technical EMC compliance to meet global market, regulatory, and country-specific requirements
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks early in the design cycle, reducing late-stage failures
- Lead and contribute to EMC debugging, and mitigation strategies
- Perform and guide validation and compliance testing throughout the product development lifecycle
- Optimize compliance test strategies and costs while supporting aggressive time-to-market goals
- Partner with design teams to implement design-for-EMC best practices
- Collaborate with labs, cross-functional engineering teams, and external partners to ensure successful certification

About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in technical EMC compliance, preferably in a lab or product development environment
- Strong understanding of pre- and post-compliance processes, standards, and emerging regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience with EMC testing, debugging, and mitigation techniques
- Experience supporting at least two new product introductions (NPI) with focus on EMC design and issue resolution
- Ability to manage relationships with external test houses and certification agencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
