Job Description

As a Regulatory (EMC) Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our hardware products meet global compliance standards while enabling efficient product development cycles.

You will:

  • Drive technical EMC compliance to meet global market, regulatory, and country-specific requirements
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks early in the design cycle, reducing late-stage failures
  • Lead and contribute to EMC debugging, and mitigation strategies
  • Perform and guide validation and compliance testing throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Optimize compliance test strategies and costs while supporting aggressive time-to-market goals
  • Partner with design teams to implement design-for-EMC best practices
  • Collaborate with labs, cross-functional engineering teams, and external partners to ensure successful certification

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical EMC compliance, preferably in a lab or product development environment
  • Strong understanding of pre- and post-compliance processes, standards, and emerging regulatory requirements
  • Hands-on experience with EMC testing, debugging, and mitigation techniques
  • Experience supporting at least two new product introductions (NPI) with focus on EMC design and issue resolution
  • Ability to manage relationships with external test houses and certification agencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Additional Preferred Abilities

  • Experience with networking or telecommunications products is highly desirable
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across geographies and cultures
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with global teams and external partners
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment
