Job Responsibilities:

Designing of plastic injection molds as per customer requirements & specifications
DFM preparation according to customer specifications
Develop 3D & 2D solid mold designs through UG software NX12 and above
Develop and design engineered plastic parts, insert molded parts and assemblies
Work closely with CAM and MFG department to meet customer requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Strong knowledge in CAD &Unigraphics NX12
Hands-on experience in Mold Design& Moldflow MPI / Moldex 3D
Proactive & deep innovative /analytical
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across functions.
Prior experience in manufacturing, plastics injection moulding, or automation projects will be advantageous.
