As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and troubleshoot issues is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to optimize application configurations and streamline release processes to enhance system reliability.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of application capabilities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
Experience designing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
Strong understanding of cloud deployment models and best practices for high availability and disaster recovery.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to support infrastructure as code and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environment issues and optimize resource utilization.
Knowledge of networking concepts and security protocols within cloud environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
