Job Description

Act as the CEO's strategic partner on corporate development, longrange planning and value creation initiatives
Lead endtoend M&A execution, including target screening, valuation, due diligence, negotiations and postmerger integration
Build and own complex financial models to support investment decisions, capital structuring and scenario analysis
Evaluate new market entry, partnership and platform expansion opportunities globally
Prepare boardlevel materials, investment memos and strategic recommendations
Work closely with finance, legal, operations and external advisors to ensure disciplined execution
Take ownership of key enterprisewide strategic projects with measurable outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Head Of Corporate Development Should Have

10+ years of experience across corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting or principal investing
Strong grounding in finance, valuation, financial modelling and transaction structuring
Proven experience executing crossborder M&A and complex strategic transactions
Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and boards
Track record of working in fastpaced, growthoriented or transformation environments
High ownership mindset with strong analytical, communication and execution skills
