Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for international clients, including account opening and product activation.
Liaise with Relationship Managers and Client Service Manager to ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., CRS, FATCA), demonstrating a solid understanding of KYC, Source of Wealth, CRS, and FATCA regulations.
Make calls to new clients, introduce the bank's services, and guide them through their onboarding steps.
Conduct Webex video conferencing with customers to guide them through the digital onboarding journey.
Provide assistance to clients using digital platforms and accessing relevant banking services.
Monitor onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate issues as needed for timely resolution.
Deliver a high standard of customer service while adhering to compliance and operational guidelines.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in banking, client servicing, or onboarding roles. Exposure to private or priority banking clients is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with basic banking products, digital channels, and onboarding regulations.
Meticulous, client-focused, and a dependable team player.
Comfortable working in a fast pace with high attention to service detail.
