Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for international clients, including account opening and product activation.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers and Client Service Manager to ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., CRS, FATCA), demonstrating a solid understanding of KYC, Source of Wealth, CRS, and FATCA regulations.
- Make calls to new clients, introduce the bank's services, and guide them through their onboarding steps.
- Conduct Webex video conferencing with customers to guide them through the digital onboarding journey.
- Provide assistance to clients using digital platforms and accessing relevant banking services.
- Monitor onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate issues as needed for timely resolution.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while adhering to compliance and operational guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in banking, client servicing, or onboarding roles. Exposure to private or priority banking clients is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic banking products, digital channels, and onboarding regulations.
- Meticulous, client-focused, and a dependable team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast pace with high attention to service detail.
