Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Growth & Experience, this role plays a key part in the delivery of our overall CRM strategy for beIN SPORTS CONNECT – ensuring the campaigns we're landing are insight driven and customer focused to create communications experiences that build a relationship with the customer and give them plenty of reasons to subscribe and stay longer.

Key Responsibilities

Support on the planning, briefing and delivery of engaging and highly targeted content marketing campaigns (email, push notifications, in app notifications and web) designed to increase viewing engagement, cross sell / upsell, retention and winback on beIN SPORTS CONNECT.
Work collaboratively with marketing and product counterparts to ensure projects and communications are considerately planned and executed.
Execute a well thought out personalised and relevant communication plan across all direct customer-facing on and offline channels.
Plan and schedule automated and BAU campaigns in a trackable and digestible format, based on commercial targets and past performances.
Develop new and exciting ideas and ways to communicate with our audiences and increase their engagement through content and campaigns across all touchpoints.
Constantly consider the customer's experience and the regional approach behind any communication
Provide timely reporting to internal stakeholders

Requirements

Able to develop and build segments within a marketing automation platform (familiarity with Braze preferred)
Expertise driving customer engagement through dynamic email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS on an enterprise-level marketing automation platform.
Competency in coding HTML, CSS, and Liquid highly desirable
Experience or equivalent with delivering customer-facing communications.
The ability to comprehend data and performance metrics.
Highly organized with good attention to detail and able to prioritise workload.
A passion for sports and providing a great customer experience.
The ability to measure against set objectives and KPI's and produce reports based on findings.
