Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, Group Reporting, you will:

Review the Group's quarterly results, announcements, and Board of Directors reports.
Analyze forecast results and review management accounts for subsidiaries.
Prepare and coordinate the Group's financial statements, including notes to accounts and annual reports.
Represent finance in key meetings.
Lead the preparation of the half-yearly enterprise risk management analysis.
Work with auditors to resolve significant audit issues and ensure timely audit completion.
Provide coaching and guidance to your team.
Support the implementation of new systems and drive process improvements.
Assist the CFO with ad hoc matters.

Proven experience preparing financial statements, consolidation journal entries, and eliminating interorganizational transactions.

About You

You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
You have 7+ years of relevant experience, including group reporting and accounting consolidations.
You have strong knowledge of IFRS and regulations.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
