Job Description

Are you a dynamic finance professional with expertise in financial reporting, strategic analysis, and leadership We are looking for a Manager, Group Reporting to drive excellence in financial operations and lead impactful initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, Group Reporting, you will:

  • Review the Group's quarterly results, announcements, and Board of Directors reports.
  • Analyze forecast results and review management accounts for subsidiaries.
  • Prepare and coordinate the Group's financial statements, including notes to accounts and annual reports.
  • Represent finance in key meetings.
  • Lead the preparation of the half-yearly enterprise risk management analysis.
  • Work with auditors to resolve significant audit issues and ensure timely audit completion.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to your team.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and drive process improvements.
  • Assist the CFO with ad hoc matters.

  • Proven experience preparing financial statements, consolidation journal entries, and eliminating interorganizational transactions.
  • A track record of managing teams, setting performance objectives, and delivering results.
  • Ability to adapt plans and prioritize resources to meet organizational objectives.
  • Solid understanding of government regulations, accounting standards, and best practices in group reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with senior management.
  • Strong decision-making skills guided by policies, procedures, and the business plan.

About You

  • You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • You have 7+ years of relevant experience, including group reporting and accounting consolidations.
  • You have strong knowledge of IFRS and regulations.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
