Responsibilities

Market and promote retail spaces to attract prospective tenants and maximize occupancy
Identify and engage potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements to secure favorable terms
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and leasing agents to support tenant retention and satisfaction
Manage lease renewals, terminations, and resolve lease-related issues efficiently to maintain portfolio stability
Conduct market research to analyze retail leasing trends and identify new business opportunities
Prepare detailed leasing reports and presentations for property owners and senior management to inform decision-making
Collaborate with property owners, developers, and leasing agents to develop and implement effective leasing strategies
Participate in property inspections and tenant meetings to ensure property standards and tenant needs are met

Required competencies and certifications

CEA qualified or exempt (as stated: CEA qualified or exempt)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail leasing or other asset classes in the Singapore market
Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively to build and maintain tenant and agent relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage projects and priorities efficiently
