We are seeking a highly effective Executive/Senior Executive, Grant Process to join our Grant Management Group in our department dedicated to employment and employability!

In this role, you will support NTUC's sub-department. The Grant Process team oversees all grant applications and claim submissions for the grants managed by the organization. You will be part of the team to ensure compliance and accountability in grant administration and to deliver good client experience.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for assessment of eligibility of grant applications and disbursements and ensure clean data inputs to system.
In collaboration with IT team and system vendor, set up workflows, user permissions, user support and training and fulfill other system processes requirements, including communications to team members.
Maintain proper records of transactions in system or other platforms and provide information for management reports.
Work with stakeholders to ensure daily operation effectiveness and excellent client service delivery.
Provide support on grant audits, PDPA compliance and address queries from other teams.
Handle administrative duties, and ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma in business management, business IT, computer science , or related field.
Relevant experience in grants management/administration, audit, or claims processing
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, and adept at problem solving
Able to work under stress and in a fast-paced environment
Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative

Working Location: Jurong East, Devan Nair Institute

Designation and salary will commensurate with experience.
