Discovering the role

This role prepares accurate BIM Revit and AutoCAD drawings, coordinates with project teams and clients, updates designs throughout the project lifecycle, and ensures timely, high-quality project delivery in accordance with company and client standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate BIM Revit and AutoCAD drawings and system designs in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
Update and revise drawings throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and site requirements.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design accuracy and smooth project execution.
Support site coordination activities, including site inspections and design clarifications when required.
Maintain high standards of drawing quality, documentation, and compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Build positive working relationships with clients by delivering responsive, professional, and high-quality design support.
Continuously enhance technical knowledge through internal training and self-learning on BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and industry technologies.
Respond promptly to design-related requests to support project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM drafting, MEP drafting, or system design (security, ELV, ICT, or building services experience is an advantage).
Proficient in Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD is a must.
Good understanding of technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
