What We Are Looking For

At Blackpanda, our Sales team is the engine that drives our financial success. We are seeking a qualified Sales Manager to drive exponential growth in Singapore. This will be Blackpanda's pioneer hire in Singapore.

Our ideal Sales Manager has an in-depth knowledge of and experience with the tech, SaaS, and/or cybersecurity ecosystem of distributors and resellers in Singapore. They will be expected to manage the sales process, qualify leads, build relationships with our distributors, strategic partners, and close deals.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of Blackpanda's flagship product IR-1, as well as traditional Incident Response services, while helping to position Blackpanda as the premier cybersecurity DFIR team in Asia. Together with your Revenue team colleagues, you will be responsible for picking up the qualified leads and then collaborating with the relevant internal teams to draft and present successful sales proposals. The right candidate will possess excellent energy and enthusiasm with a desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts, as well as be capable of managing sales forecasts and projections.

Responsibilities And Duties

New Business Acquisition and Revenue Alignment

Drive new sales across enterprise end-customers in Singapore.
Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across the full Blackpanda service portfolio, through our authorised distributors and strategic resellers.
Contribute to, localise, and execute the regional sales strategy to meet ARR and individual revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with the Global Revenue Team, including Marketing and Customer Success, to ensure Singapore's performance aligns with company-wide growth objectives, forecasting accuracy, and best practices in sales execution.
Take on expansion markets in Southeast Asia as opportunities arise; in such cases, monthly overseas travel may be required.

Partner and Channel Enablement

Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners to expand Blackpanda's footprint.
Equip partners with the sales tools, service knowledge, and training needed to position Blackpanda offerings effectively.

Qualifications And Experience

At least 5 years of proven success in B2B enterprise sales within cybersecurity or a related industry.
Experience with distributor and/or channel management, gained at a cybersecurity distributor or vendor.
Familiarity with IR consulting and software pricing models is an advantage.
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity channel ecosystem, its regulations, and its business landscape, particularly in constructing and managing product/solution bundles.
Outstanding public speaking skills, with the confidence to present at industry events and speaking sessions.

Candidates who successfully pass the Interview stage may be required to complete a Case Study, used to evaluate their technical knowledge and application of their skills in practical scenarios relevant to the role.
