Job Description

Plan and prepare daily meals in accordance with menu and nutritional standards
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with SFA and food hygiene regulations
Work closely with instructors to involve trainees in kitchen activities (e.g. food prep, plating, cleaning)
Support training of culinary skills and kitchen safety to trainees
Ensure kitchen equipment is well maintained and properly handled
Assist with inventory management, stock rota
