RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to provide maternity cover for a 6-month period. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Production Resource Team, ensuring smooth coordination of processes and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Production Resource Team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Prepare, verify, and submit staff and operational claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document management using Microsoft Office applications.
Coordinate and follow up on administrative matters with internal stakeholders.
Support procurement, purchase requests, and related administrative processes.
Assist with SAP transactions and documentation (training can be provided if required).
Schedule meetings, manage team calendars, and coordinate logistics when necessary.
Perform any other administrative duties or ad hoc assignments as delegated by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum GCE A Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
At least 1-2 years of administrative or operations support experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Experience in claims preparation and submission preferred.
Familiarity with SAP modules or ERP systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
A team player who is resourceful, dependable, and willing to take on a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Able to work onsite throughout the contract period.
