Responsibilities

. Perform statutory and special audits (fieldwork, documentation of results)

. Prepare audited financial statements in accordance with SFRS

. Prepare tax computations in accordance with the Singapore Income Tax Act

. Assist to prepare an audit plan for an external audit

. Support Senior or Manager in audit planning, fieldwork, and audit reporting prepare reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients

. Perform internal control reviews and special purpose auditing projects

. Effectively communicate any audit issues in a timely and organised manner

. Assist in completing any other assigned tasks

. Undertake specific stages of audit work under supervision by Audit Senior and Manager

. Assist to evaluate the audit evidence obtained and perform audit procedures to meet the objectives of external audit engagements

. Assist Seniors or Manager in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of audit for SMEs and listed entities

Requirements

. Partial ACCA or degree holder.

. 1 to 2 years relevant experience is preferred for audit associate

. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

. Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy and working towards ACCA or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and Office 365

. Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude

. Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
