Introduction

Trip.Biz is the leading Travel Management Company (TMC) in Asia, specializing in enabling enterprise, organizations and travel partners around the region to make informed and cost-effective bookings for corporate travel products and services, through aggregation of comprehensive travel-related information and resources, and an advanced transaction and administrative platform consisting of mobile apps, Internet websites, and 24/7 customer service centers.

In this Role, you'll get to

Provide professional services for corporate clients, including incentive travel, meetings, events, business inspections, and related activities
Maintain client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
Implement company policies and regulations, and mitigate operational risks
Manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) projects, large accounts, or education sector accounts, with strong service awareness and communication skills

What you'll Need to Succeed

Diploma or above, preferably in hospitality and tourism management
Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate travel agency environment
Experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) sector, including planning, coordinating, or managing corporate travel and events, is preferred.
Highly responsible, quick learner, with integrity and honesty strong team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or other relevant business tools.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is required due to the need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners
