Key Responsibilities

System Architecture & Development

Lead the design and optimization of core trading systems, including:Order Matching EngineOrder Management System (OMS)Account & Clearing Systems
Develop high-performance distributed systems with high concurrency and low latency
Optimize system performance across memory usage, networking, and databases

Technical Leadership

Lead and manage a team of engineers
Establish development best practices (e.g. Agile, CI/CD, code reviews)
Define and execute technical roadmap

Business & Product Collaboration

Work closely with product and operations teams to deliver trading features
Support development of trading products such as spot, futures, and options

System Reliability & Security

Design and implement scalable and resilient system architecture
Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and operational stability
Support implementation of security and risk controls

Requirements

Education & Experience

Degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 8 years of backend development experience
At least 3 years of system architecture experience
Experience working on large-scale distributed systems

Technical Skills

Strong programming experience (e.g. Java other languages such as Rust are a plus)
Familiar with distributed systems and middleware (e.g. Kafka, Redis, etc.)
Understanding of system performance optimization and scalability

Preferred Experience

Experience in financial systems, trading platforms, or high-performance systems
Exposure to trading systems or exchange platforms is advantageous
