Key Responsibilities
System Architecture & Development
- Lead the design and optimization of core trading systems, including:Order Matching EngineOrder Management System (OMS)Account & Clearing Systems
- Develop high-performance distributed systems with high concurrency and low latency
- Optimize system performance across memory usage, networking, and databases
Technical Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of engineers
- Establish development best practices (e.g. Agile, CI/CD, code reviews)
- Define and execute technical roadmap
Business & Product Collaboration
- Work closely with product and operations teams to deliver trading features
- Support development of trading products such as spot, futures, and options
System Reliability & Security
- Design and implement scalable and resilient system architecture
- Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and operational stability
- Support implementation of security and risk controls
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 8 years of backend development experience
- At least 3 years of system architecture experience
- Experience working on large-scale distributed systems
Technical Skills
- Strong programming experience (e.g. Java other languages such as Rust are a plus)
- Familiar with distributed systems and middleware (e.g. Kafka, Redis, etc.)
- Understanding of system performance optimization and scalability
Preferred Experience
- Experience in financial systems, trading platforms, or high-performance systems
- Exposure to trading systems or exchange platforms is advantageous
