Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Finance & Operations Executive

to support our finance, billing, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is comfortable handling both financial and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Accounting Support

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry
Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Assist with invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
Support month-end closing activities

Project & Billing Coordination

Assist in tracking project-related financial information
Support the preparation and issuance of client invoices
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for projects

Operations & Administrative Support

Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation)
Support logistics such as courier arrangements and meeting coordination
Assist in general office administration and day-to-day operations

Vendor & Expense Management

Process vendor invoices and payments
Review and verify expense claims and supporting documents

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of relevant working experience
Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office tools
