What You'll Do

Build and grow your own portfolio of technology clients across Singapore
Own the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent, contract, and workforce solutions
Develop long-term client partnerships and become a trusted market advisor
Build your own niche, brand, and market presence
Drive business development, account growth, and revenue generation
Manage candidate relationships from sourcing through offer management

What We're Looking For

3–8 years of successful 360 recruitment experience within technology recruitment
Proven track record of business development and client acquisition
Demonstrated billing success and ownership of revenue targets
Strong understanding of the Singapore hiring market
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and commercially minded
Motivated by growth, performance, and unlimited earning potential
