What You'll Do

• Build and grow your own portfolio of technology clients across Singapore
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent, contract, and workforce solutions
• Develop long-term client partnerships and become a trusted market advisor
• Build your own niche, brand, and market presence
• Drive business development, account growth, and revenue generation
• Manage candidate relationships from sourcing through offer management

What We're Looking For

• 3–8 years of successful 360 recruitment experience within technology recruitment
• Proven track record of business development and client acquisition
• Demonstrated billing success and ownership of revenue targets
• Strong understanding of the Singapore hiring market
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and commercially minded
• Motivated by growth, performance, and unlimited earning potential
