Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Media Recruiter with at least 5 years of recruitment experience supporting hiring across legacy media, news corporations, and streaming platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the media and entertainment landscape and experience recruiting for editorial, broadcast, digital, production, and corporate media roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for media and entertainment roles
Partner closely with hiring managers across news, broadcasting, streaming, and digital media teams
Source, screen, and interview candidates for both creative and corporate positions
Build strong talent pipelines within the media and entertainment industry
Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes
Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor hiring within media and streaming industries
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
Proven experience hiring for legacy media, news corporations, or streaming companies
Strong understanding of media, broadcasting, digital content, and entertainment roles
Experience handling high-volume and specialized hiring
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience

Experience recruiting for companies within news media, television networks, streaming platforms, publishing, or digital media
Familiarity with creative, editorial, technical, and production hiring
Strong professional network within the media and entertainment industry
