SG Media Recruiter

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Media Recruiter with at least 5 years of recruitment experience supporting hiring across legacy media, news corporations, and streaming platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the media and entertainment landscape and experience recruiting for editorial, broadcast, digital, production, and corporate media roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for media and entertainment roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers across news, broadcasting, streaming, and digital media teams
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for both creative and corporate positions
- Build strong talent pipelines within the media and entertainment industry
- Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor hiring within media and streaming industries
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
- Proven experience hiring for legacy media, news corporations, or streaming companies
- Strong understanding of media, broadcasting, digital content, and entertainment roles
- Experience handling high-volume and specialized hiring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for companies within news media, television networks, streaming platforms, publishing, or digital media
- Familiarity with creative, editorial, technical, and production hiring
- Strong professional network within the media and entertainment industry
