Job Summary

You will maintain and repair production machinery to optimize equipment effectiveness and reliability, ensuring compliance with quality standards and supporting continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair diverse production equipment to achieve optimal Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), maximize Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), and minimize Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
Troubleshoot equipment using checklists, monitoring procedures, mini specifications, and engineering instructions to meet customer requirements and internal quality standards
Perform real-time equipment troubleshooting, repairs, calibration, and conduct scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and maintain a clean, safe production facility
Handle materials properly to minimize scrap and waste
Execute daily 5S housekeeping and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to sustain operational excellence
Collaborate effectively as a responsible team member with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent
Ability to work 12-hour shifts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Manufacturing experience is advantageous
Entry-level candidates are welcome as training will be provided
