Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate change control activities within pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
Manage engineering projects involving equipment modifications, facility upgrades, and process improvements
Collaborate with production, quality, validation, and maintenance teams to ensure timely project execution
Support risk assessments, impact evaluations, and implementation planning for engineering changes
Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, and change control records in compliance with GMP requirements
Coordinate vendor activities, project timelines, and site implementation schedules
Ensure all engineering works are completed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Participate in commissioning, qualification, and validation activities where required
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing reliability and operational efficiency

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or regulated manufacturing environments will be advantageous
Familiarity with change control processes, GMP documentation, and project management practices
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Able to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation practices
Independent, meticulous, and team-oriented mindset
