Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate change control activities within pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
- Manage engineering projects involving equipment modifications, facility upgrades, and process improvements
- Collaborate with production, quality, validation, and maintenance teams to ensure timely project execution
- Support risk assessments, impact evaluations, and implementation planning for engineering changes
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, and change control records in compliance with GMP requirements
- Coordinate vendor activities, project timelines, and site implementation schedules
- Ensure all engineering works are completed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Participate in commissioning, qualification, and validation activities where required
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing reliability and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or regulated manufacturing environments will be advantageous
- Familiarity with change control processes, GMP documentation, and project management practices
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation practices
- Independent, meticulous, and team-oriented mindset
