Responsibilities:

Accounts

Handle full sets of accounts
Maintain proper financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile other accounts
Prepare Statement of Accounts and update customer sales and payment records
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and in accordance with policies and procedures.
Liaise with China teams to ensure collect billing.
Maintain proper financial records and documentation
Prepare and submit quarterly GST filing to IRAS, ensuring timely and accurate submission
Ensure compliance with IRAS regulations and accounting standards

HR

Manage full spectrum of HR functions and process monthly payroll
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and coordination with relevant departments.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Handle all matters related to MOM, CPF and IRAS including NS claims, childcare leave claim. etc.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, company HR policies, Workplace Safety & Health, and Risk Assessment requirements
Complete MOM surveys and statutory reporting
Manage all company insurance and services renewals
Manage employee benefits and claims administration
Any other miscellaneous duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Minimum diploma or higher educational qualification.
3 years accounting experience or above
Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in MYOB accounting software
Able to read and write in English and Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts.
Ability to multitask, responsible, well organized, independent and self-motivated priorities in dynamic environment
Strong communication and good working attitude, interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.
