We are pleased to be partnering a world-leading scientific equipment provider to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator (6 months contract) for their growing Asia Pacific operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who aspires to play a key role in attracting top talent in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. This role will be based in Singapore.

About the Role

You will support the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across technical, commercial and corporate functions. Working closely with the regional TA team, you will help ensure smooth and professional recruitment process across SEA, China, and India.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end interview coordination across the APAC region (SEA + China + India) — scheduling interviews, managing calendars, arranging assessments, and handling logistics for technical, commercial, and corporate roles
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
For stronger candidates: Support candidate screening, initial assessments, and sourcing activities to build talent pipelines
Maintain accurate records in the ATS, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports for the regional TA team
Liaise with hiring managers, interviewers, and external stakeholders across multiple time zones
Support ad-hoc TA projects and employer branding initiatives as required

Requirements

Years of solid experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination, ideally in a multinational or fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and high attention to detail
Proficiency in LinkedIn, ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors), and MS Office (especially Outlook calendar management)
Experience working across APAC markets (SEA, China, India) is highly advantageous
Immediate availability or short notice is a plus for this contract role
