Description

Manage and oversee all aspects of tax matters including GST, corporate tax filings and tax planning for EU and US markets
Provide strategic advice on tax planning to optimise the organisation's tax position.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and manage relationships with relevant authorities.
Collaborate with internal teams to address tax-related queries and provide guidance.
Identify and mitigate potential tax risks while ensuring adherence to global tax policies.
Support tax audits and manage documentation to meet statutory requirements.
Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the business.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

Profile

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience
Open to candidates from Big 4 and/or commercial backgrounds with regional, hybrid scope exposure
Demonstrate strong technical application of tax principles
Effective business partnering skills with external tax agents
Strong communication and written skills to liaise with Shanghai HQ stakeholders
