Job Summary

Lead the management and growth of e-commerce platforms by planning and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies. Drive customer engagement and sales conversion through data-driven insights and effective marketplace campaigns.

Responsibilities

Manage and update website(s) by uploading products and coordinating website development to ensure accurate and appealing online presence
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored for online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify to achieve sales targets
Plan and execute marketing campaigns on individual marketplaces to increase store exposure and drive sales growth
Conduct market research on trends, audience behavior, competitors, and consumer journeys to inform marketing strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates
Analyze customer insights and create detailed briefs to support new product development aligned with market needs
Upload and maintain content on various online marketplaces, including product images, store banners, and descriptions, ensuring consistency and quality
Participate actively in e-marketplace campaigns and promotions to maximize store visibility and sales performance
Manage e-commerce site inquiries and customer comments promptly and professionally to enhance customer experience
Review Google Analytics data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and optimize e-commerce performance using data-driven techniques
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Minimum 2 years experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Knowledge of various digital marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences
Familiarity with web design, web development, and HTML to support website management (considered a bonus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and engage customers
Project management skills to coordinate marketing initiatives and meet deadlines
Proficiency in verbal and written English to ensure clear communication
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight timelines
