Job Summary
Lead the management and growth of e-commerce platforms by planning and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies. Drive customer engagement and sales conversion through data-driven insights and effective marketplace campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update website(s) by uploading products and coordinating website development to ensure accurate and appealing online presence
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored for online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify to achieve sales targets
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns on individual marketplaces to increase store exposure and drive sales growth
- Conduct market research on trends, audience behavior, competitors, and consumer journeys to inform marketing strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates
- Analyze customer insights and create detailed briefs to support new product development aligned with market needs
- Upload and maintain content on various online marketplaces, including product images, store banners, and descriptions, ensuring consistency and quality
- Participate actively in e-marketplace campaigns and promotions to maximize store visibility and sales performance
- Manage e-commerce site inquiries and customer comments promptly and professionally to enhance customer experience
- Review Google Analytics data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and optimize e-commerce performance using data-driven techniques
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Knowledge of various digital marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences
- Familiarity with web design, web development, and HTML to support website management (considered a bonus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and engage customers
- Project management skills to coordinate marketing initiatives and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in verbal and written English to ensure clear communication
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight timelines
