Job Description

Job Summary

Lead the management and growth of e-commerce platforms by planning and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies. Drive customer engagement and sales conversion through data-driven insights and effective marketplace campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update website(s) by uploading products and coordinating website development to ensure accurate and appealing online presence
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored for online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify to achieve sales targets
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns on individual marketplaces to increase store exposure and drive sales growth
  • Conduct market research on trends, audience behavior, competitors, and consumer journeys to inform marketing strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Analyze customer insights and create detailed briefs to support new product development aligned with market needs
  • Upload and maintain content on various online marketplaces, including product images, store banners, and descriptions, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Participate actively in e-marketplace campaigns and promotions to maximize store visibility and sales performance
  • Manage e-commerce site inquiries and customer comments promptly and professionally to enhance customer experience
  • Review Google Analytics data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and optimize e-commerce performance using data-driven techniques
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences
  • Familiarity with web design, web development, and HTML to support website management (considered a bonus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and engage customers
  • Project management skills to coordinate marketing initiatives and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English to ensure clear communication
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight timelines
